Our Founder, Al Villasenor has been in the insurance business for more than 60 years. A family owned business founded as Uniscope in 1976, Unisure was incorporated in 1981. Today, Unisure is still family-owned and operated by Anne Villasenor-Perez. Supported by our deeply experienced associates, we continue to provide comprehensive services to our clients.
Al Villasenor
Chairman of the Board
Al spent the last 60 years in the insurance business. His experience in business and personal life insurance planning has helped hundreds of clients develop financial and estate plans.
He is a member of Million Dollar Round Table, Los Angeles and National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors. He is the past Director of E.L.A.R., a reinsurance company, past President and an active supporter of the Richstone Family Center, a non-profit organization for battered and abused children. He's also served as a Director for Reading International, Inc., a publicly held corporation which was the holding company in 1995 for Fidelity Federal Savings and Loan. Currently he serves on the Scholarship Committe for the John Gogian Family Foundation, a California non-profit public benefit corporation.

Michelle Bjazevitch
Life Account Executive
Michellle has 10 years of experience in accounting and customer service. Prior to joining our agency, Michelle was busy raising her two children. She came to Unisure in May of 2005 and assists in all aspects of our business, including customer service, clerical work, commissions and client relations. She graduated from California State University, Dominguez Hills with a BS degree.
Anne Villasenor-Perez
President
Anne has over 25 years of benefits and sales experience with Unisure Insurance Services and the Thomas Group. She has an extensive background in all types of life insurance, annuities and employee benefits.
Anne is licensed to sell all forms of life and health insurance including variable and universal life products. She is a Certified Insurance Agent with Covered California and is pursuing her Chartered Life Underwriter designation.
She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and International Relations from San Diego State University. Anne is raising two boys with her husband, Roman. She is also deeply involved in raising money for the Richstone Family Center in Hawthorne, CA.
Terri Bunnag
Executive Administrator
Terri has 20 years of experience in the insurance industry and 10 years with Unisure. She assists in all aspects of our business including marketing, accounting and client service. A jack-of-all-trades, her Unisure family is eternally grateful for all she does to keep the office running.
Prior to joining Unisure, she worked as a health claims auditor for an insurance company in Oklahoma. She holds her Life and Health License as well as being a Certified Insurance Agent with Covered California.
